RETURN&REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-30 day return policy, which means you have 14-30 days after receiving your item to request a return,please contact us at wholesale@beyoulabs.com ,we will determine liability on a case-by-case basis, deciding whether to return or exchange it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us and provide the necessary photos, video and documentation to illustrate the problem within 14-30 days after the purchase. We will arrange a refund or replacement for you after confirming the problem.
For Electronic product,You can contact us within 14 days. After sending us pictures/videos to confirm that it is damaged, we will replace it with a new product for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The item must be returned in good condition - no drool, stains or mysterious smells - with the necessary documents, parts and accessories to ensure a full refund and proof of purchase will be required before processing your refund.
Please simply contact us at wholesale@beyoulabs.com to apply for a return authorization before the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please note that we are unable to provide the prepaid return shipping label.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change Address
If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not support changing the shipping address after the shipment. And we are not responsible for any unsuccessful delivery due to the incorrect shipping information.
Order Cancellation
We will process your order within 1-2 days. You are able to cancel your order within 1-2 days. If you want to cancel your order after 2 days or after the shipping, We will refuse your cancellation.When the goods arrive, you can choose to return them, but you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and a extract 20% re-stocking fee.
